We're family owned and operated, which means nobody sits at a desk answering phones all day — most of the time it's Steven getting to the phone between jobs. If we don't pick up, please leave a message. We always call back. Texting works too if that's easier for you, but a voicemail gets the same result. We used to run an AI answering service and got rid of it — customers told us they'd hang up and call the next shop. When we can afford a real person on the phones, we'll hire one.
