A code isn't a diagnosis — here's the difference
When a parts store reads your check-engine light, you get a code — a clue, not an answer. A code like "P0300 random misfire" can be plugs, coils, fuel, a vacuum leak or a sensor. Throwing parts at the code is how people spend hundreds and still have the light on.
We bring a real scan tool and the experience to test the actual system — so you find out what's wrong the first time. Once we know, we put the quote together back at our shop and send it to you before any repair happens.

We diagnose check-engine lights, misfires, rough running and stalling, no-starts and hard starts, electrical gremlins (lights, windows, sensors, no-crank), and emissions faults — right where the car sits. Diagnostic pricing — a separate service
A mobile OBD-II diagnostic is $75 — real troubleshooting, not a free code read that guesses. It's a separate service with its own fee, and it stays separate even if we do the repair afterward — no shop in town waives the diagnostic when they do the work. You're paying for an answer, and you get one, in writing, before you decide on any repair.
