Accessibility Statement

C&C Mobile Maintenance LLC wants everyone in Ocala and Marion County to be able to use this website — including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or rely on other assistive technology. We build and maintain this site with that in mind.

The standard we aim for

We work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C. That is the benchmark most widely used to judge whether a website is usable by people with disabilities.

What we've done

  • Every page uses proper landmarks and headings in order, so screen readers can navigate the structure
  • A “skip to main content” link is the first thing keyboard users reach on every page
  • Every meaningful image has descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
  • Phone and text links are labeled so they're announced clearly rather than read out as a string of digits
  • Form fields have visible, associated labels — not placeholder text standing in for a label
  • Text and interface colors are checked for contrast, and pages reflow without horizontal scrolling when zoomed
  • Buttons and tap targets are sized for people who have difficulty with fine motor control

Where we know we fall short

We're a small family business, not a web company, and we'd rather be honest than claim perfection. Our online booking is handled by a third-party scheduling provider, and we don't control its accessibility. Some older job photos may have shorter alt text than we'd like. If you hit either of these — or anything else — please tell us and we'll help you directly and fix what we can.

If any part of this site is hard to use, we want to hear about it. Reaching us is never limited to the website — you can always call or text and we'll take care of you the same as anyone else.

Tell us the page and what went wrong, and give us a way to reach you. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If we can't fix something quickly, we'll work with you to get you the information or book your service another way.
